Prohibits property owners, employers, and business entities from establishing policies that prevent non-felons from transporting, carrying, or storing firearms and ammunition in locked motor vehicles on parking areas

Extends firearm storage protections to employees using personal, rented, or leased vehicles while conducting business, preventing employers from prohibiting firearms in those vehicles

Creates a private civil action allowing individuals to sue for violations, with courts required to award actual damages, injunctive relief, court costs, and attorney fees to prevailing plaintiffs

Removes existing civil liability immunity language and replaces it with "shall not be subject to" liability provisions for property owners and employers regarding firearm policy decisions
