Oklahoma Department of Transportation must maintain a digital map on its website identifying all Memorial Highways and Bridges Program designations, including honoree names, location descriptions, and reasons for designation

The digital map must be upgraded with interactive multimedia capabilities when funding becomes available, delivered through a web-based mapping application for public education

A link to the enhanced mapping system must be shared with the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department to promote the state

All military members and groups honored through the Memorial Highways and Bridges Program must be identified in a Veterans Military Trail Segment specified on the interactive map
