Executive Director of the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth gains authority to request investigations by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation or other law enforcement agencies in cases involving suspected criminal conduct against children, including physical or sexual abuse

Adds the Executive Director to the list of officials authorized to initiate OSBI investigations, alongside the Governor, Attorney General, Council on Judicial Complaints, Legislative Investigating Committees, DHS Director, and district court judges

Amends 10 O.S. 2021, Section 601.4 and 74 O.S. 2021, Section 150.5 to grant these investigation request powers

Investigation requests must be submitted in writing with specific allegations of wrongdoing under Oklahoma law
