Increases the Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association coverage limit for annuity benefits from $300,000 to $500,000 per individual, including present value of annuity benefits, net cash surrender, and net cash withdrawal values

Raises the coverage limit for structured settlement annuity payees and their beneficiaries from $300,000 to $500,000 in aggregate present value annuity benefits

Increases the maximum aggregate benefit coverage per individual from $300,000 to $500,000, except for health benefit plans which remain capped at $500,000

Amends 36 O.S. 2021, Section 2025 of the Oklahoma Life and Health Insurance Guaranty Association Act

Effective date is November 1, 2026
