Prohibits civil liability for any person or entity for bodily injury or property damage arising from the criminal act of another, including crimes committed by employees or agents

Exception allows civil liability only when the defendant has first been convicted as a criminal accomplice in the commission of the criminal act

Immunity applies regardless of whether the person who committed the crime is apprehended, prosecuted, or convicted

Immunity covers simple negligence but does not protect against liability for willful, wanton, malicious, or gross negligence

Declared an emergency measure, taking effect immediately upon passage and approval
