Adds diapers to Oklahoma's sales tax exemption list under Section 1357 of the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code

Defines "diapers" as any absorbent garment designed for use by infants, toddlers, and young children who cannot control their bladder or bowel movements, including disposable diapers, cloth diapers, and reusable diaper inserts

Effective date of July 1, 2026

Includes an emergency clause allowing the act to take effect immediately upon passage and approval
