Amends 21 O.S. 2021, Section 1272 to explicitly allow transporting firearms by vessel on public lakes or waterways, in addition to existing allowances for transport by vehicle on public roadways

Permits persons 21 years or older (or 18-20 if military members/veterans with honorable discharge) to carry firearms concealed or unconcealed, loaded or unloaded, on vessels

Defines "vessel" by reference to Section 4002 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes

Maintains existing prohibitions against carrying firearms for persons convicted of certain offenses including assault and battery causing serious injury, domestic abuse, stalking, or drug violations

Effective date: November 1, 2026
