Amends Oklahoma Discovery Code (12 O.S. 2021, Section 3226.1) to authorize protective orders preventing depositions of high-ranking officers of government entities and public or private organizations

Party seeking protective order must demonstrate the officer: is from a large, complex organization; has unique and extensive scheduling demands; and lacks unique personal knowledge of the litigated issues

Court must issue protective order if burden is met, unless the party seeking deposition proves it exhausted other discovery methods, such discovery was inadequate, and the officer has unique personal knowledge of discoverable information

Courts may limit deposition scope if officer lacks knowledge of some but not all relevant matters, and may vacate or modify orders after additional discovery
