Licensed child care centers must maintain a 1:5 staff-to-child ratio for infants birth through 11 months of age

Children 12-23 months of age require a 1:6 staff-to-child ratio

Children 24-47 months of age require a 1:7 staff-to-child ratio

Department of Human Services directed to promulgate rules to bring Oklahoma Administrative Code into conformity with these requirements
