Authorizes transport of sentenced inmates to the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in addition to the Lexington Assessment and Reception Center, or other locations designated by the Director of the Department of Corrections

Adds three correctional centers to the official list of Department of Corrections facilities: Great Plains Correctional Center (Hinton), Allen Gamble Correctional Center (Holdenville), and Red Rock Correctional Center (Lawton)

Removes the Kate Barnard Community Corrections Center from the list of institutions and repeals 57 O.S. 2021, Section 504.7, which related to that facility

Removes the requirement that Deputy Director salary ranges be set by the Legislature in the Department's annual appropriation, and updates statutory references from the Merit System of Personnel Administration Act to the Civil Service and Human Capital Modernization Act
