Increases the minimum property damage liability coverage for motor vehicle insurance from $25,000 to $50,000 per accident

Maintains existing bodily injury liability minimums at $50,000 per person and $50,000 per accident for two or more persons

Updates statutory language to replace gender-specific terms ("him," "his," "workmen's") with gender-neutral alternatives ("the person," "the insured's," "workers'")

Amends 47 O.S. 2021, Section 7-324 governing motor vehicle liability policy contents and coverages
