Amends Oklahoma's nutrient management plan requirements for poultry feeding operations by expanding the required statements in one-page plan amendments to include a third option for waste disposal: a combination of off-site removal and land application for the next six years

Removes the requirement from annual reports that poultry feeding operations provide the name, mailing address, and telephone number of the hauler when poultry waste is removed off-site

Maintains existing requirements for Nutrient Management Plans including soil and poultry waste testing every three years for non-nutrient-limited watersheds and annually for nutrient-limited watersheds

Annual reports due September 1 must still include date and amount of waste removed or land-applied, type of waste, county/watershed of production, and recipient information for off-site transfers

Effective date: November 1, 2026
