Allows Oklahoma residents to voluntarily add a hidden disability indicator to their driver license or state-issued ID card, covering conditions such as autism spectrum disorder, deafness, speech impairment, cognitive/neurological conditions, and physical conditions affecting mobility

Participation is entirely optional; no person can be required to disclose a disability or join the program as a condition of obtaining a license or ID

Service Oklahoma may require a signed self-attestation but cannot require specific diagnosis, medical records, or detailed health information; the indicator must not specify the nature of the disability

The indicator cannot be stored as a medical record, cannot create probable cause or reasonable suspicion, and cannot be used for investigative, enforcement, or profiling purposes

Effective date is November 1, 2026
