Amends Oklahoma's school library media program statute (Section 11-201) to prohibit "community standards" from including depictions or descriptions of sexually explicit conduct when determining age-appropriate materials

Defines sexually explicit conduct by reference to Section 1024.1 of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes

School library media centers must still reflect community standards when acquiring print materials, nonprint materials, multimedia resources, equipment, and supplies for students

Effective date: November 1, 2026
