Department of Human Services must publish an annual report on program integrity and payment accuracy within the child care subsidy program, including payment error rates, overpayments identified and recovered, provider investigations, and adverse actions taken against providers

Report must include child care supply data: total licensed facilities, statewide and regional capacity, number of facilities opened and closed, and capacity lost due to closures

Department must contact closed providers to request voluntary feedback on reasons for closure and summarize primary closure reasons in the report

Annual report due to the Governor, House Speaker, and Senate President Pro Tempore by November 1 each year, with public availability on the Department's website

All requirements must be carried out within existing appropriations using existing data systems, with no new data systems or additional employees required; effective November 1, 2026
