Increases the deadline for prosecutors to disclose jailhouse informant information from 10 days to 60 days prior to trial, including the informant's criminal history, any deals or promises made, and prior testimony in other cases

Extends the deadline for completing all discovery issues from 10 days to 60 days prior to trial

Updates statutory language to be gender-neutral, replacing "him" with "the prosecuting attorney" and adding "or herself" and "or her" where appropriate
