Extends the sunset date for the Board of Tests for Alcohol and Drug Influence from July 1, 2026 to July 1, 2031, allowing the board to continue operating for an additional 5 years

The Board is an 8-member body that includes representatives from OSU and OU medical schools, the Commissioner of Public Safety, OSBI Director, State Commissioner of Health, CLEET Director, and representatives from law enforcement associations

The Board establishes standards for alcohol and drug testing, certifies individuals to administer breath tests, and approves methods, procedures, devices, and equipment for determining alcohol and drug concentrations

Effective date is July 1, 2026, with an emergency clause allowing immediate effect upon passage and approval
