Technology center school districts and public schools are added to the list of entities authorized to charge service fees for certain financial transactions, joining private educational institutions, municipalities, and public trusts

Service fees are limited to bank processing fees, financial transaction fees, secure transaction costs, portal fees, and bandwidth costs incurred from providing the transaction

Amends Section 2-211 of the Oklahoma Consumer Credit Code (14A O.S. 2021), which governs credit card surcharges and service fees

Effective date: November 1, 2026
