Small brewer licensees would be authorized to manufacture, bottle, package, and store distilled spirits on their licensed premises, with a limit of 1,000 gallons per calendar year

Spirits produced under this provision may only be sold within Oklahoma to licensed wholesalers and manufacturers, or sold out of state to qualified persons

Small brewers may purchase spirits from licensed Oklahoma distillers and rectifiers, and import spirits from outside the state for manufacturing purposes in compliance with federal law

Small brewers seeking to produce spirits must first obtain a Distilled Spirits Plant (DSP) permit from the federal Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) and file it with the ABLE Commission
