Deletes the initial 12-month assessment and plan of action reporting requirements for the first Chief Information Officer, while retaining ongoing duties and responsibilities of the position

Repeals 37 statutory sections across numerous agencies and boards, including the Oklahoma Beef Council, Sheep and Wool Commission, Organized Retail Crime Task Force, Compassionate Care Task Force, Reentry Policy Council, Commission on Opioid Abuse, and Water for 2060 Advisory Council

Effective date is November 1, 2026
