Enacts the "Oklahoma Common Cents Act" establishing a rounding system for cash transactions with government entities, where amounts ending in $0.01-$0.02 round down to zero, $0.03-$0.04 round up to $0.05, $0.06-$0.07 round down to $0.05, and $0.08-$0.09 round up to $0.10

Political subdivisions may voluntarily adopt cash rounding from July 1, 2026, with mandatory compliance required beginning July 1, 2027

State agencies, boards, commissions, public trusts, and interstate commissions must round cash payments for prices, fees, and penalties, but tax levy payments are excluded from state entity rounding requirements

Rounding applies only to cash payments; checks, debit cards, credit cards, electronic payments, and digital payments are excluded

Ad valorem tax rounding shortfalls will be covered from the county's unappropriated general fund revenue, and political subdivisions may account for over/under payments from funds under their control
