Removes several license application requirements including statements about business scope, photographs of applicants/officers/shareholders, and fingerprint submission for individual license applicants

Streamlines the licensing process by directing the State Fire Marshal to issue initial individual licenses, individual renewal licenses, and business renewal licenses directly upon proper application and fee payment

Maintains Fire Extinguisher Industry Committee certification requirement only for initial fire extinguisher business licenses
