Increases annual base salary for court reporters in district courts, Workers' Compensation Court of Existing Claims, and Corporation Commission from $53,000 to $55,000, effective fiscal year 2027

Raises longevity payments from $400 to $500 per year of service for certified or licensed shorthand reporters

Increases the maximum longevity payment cap from $8,000 to $10,000 per year (based on maximum of 20 years of service)

Effective date of July 1, 2026, with emergency clause for immediate implementation upon passage and approval
