Extends the deadline for defendants to file written objections to garnishee summons from 5 days to 30 days after service of notice

Changes garnishee response deadline from 7 days after the end of defendant's pay period to 30 days from the date of service of the garnishment summons

Increases the minimum time a court must give a garnishee to comply with orders to file answers, appear for deposition, or deliver defendant's property from 7 days to 30 days

Amends multiple sections of Title 12 of the Oklahoma Statutes relating to garnishment procedure, including Sections 1172.1, 1173, 1173.4, 1178, and 1179
