Enacts the "Stop the Salary Spike Act of 2026" to set fixed statutory salaries for Oklahoma statewide elected officials, including Governor ($147,000), Lieutenant Governor ($114,713), Attorney General ($132,825), and State Superintendent ($124,373)

Repeals the Statewide Official Compensation Commission created by Chapter 191, O.S.L. 2025, eliminating the independent body's authority to modify elected official salaries

Nullifies all prior salary modifications made by the Statewide Official Compensation Commission, reverting official salaries to the amounts specified in statute

Removes language allowing Commission orders to supersede statutory salary provisions, making legislative action the only method to change elected official compensation

Effective date of November 1, 2026
