Amends Oklahoma's Open Meeting Act (25 O.S. Section 307) to clarify that public bodies may only discuss individual salaried public officers or employees in executive session if that person is, was, or will be under the direct supervision, employ, or appointment of the specific public body holding the session

Restricts the scope of personnel discussions in closed meetings by preventing public bodies from discussing employees who fall outside their direct supervisory authority

Maintains all existing executive session exceptions, including discussions of employee negotiations, real property transactions, attorney-client communications, student discipline, terrorism-related matters, and confidential taxpayer information

Effective date: November 1, 2026
