Amends 22 O.S. 2021, Section 952 to update gender-neutral language throughout the statute governing grounds for granting new trials in criminal cases

Adds a new eighth ground for granting a new trial: when fraudulent evidence is submitted by the court or state, or when misconduct or abuse of discretion by the court or state prevented the defendant from having a fair trial

Updates a statutory cross-reference from Section 5781 to Section 494 regarding procedures for taking testimony in support of motions based on newly discovered evidence
