Prohibits accrediting agencies from using diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices when accrediting Oklahoma public higher education institutions, including basing decisions on DEI, collecting DEI-related information, or imposing DEI requirements

Defines DEI as differential treatment or assignment of fault based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity, with exceptions for immigration status and sex-segregated facilities like dormitories and athletics

Authorizes enforcement through civil lawsuits by current or former students and employees of Oklahoma higher education institutions, as well as by the Attorney General under the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act and Consumer Protection Act

Requires violating accrediting agencies to pay plaintiff's attorney fees plus damages equal to three times all fees paid by the institution, and civil penalties up to $1,000 per student enrolled at the time of violation

Effective date of November 1, 2026; received "Do Pass" recommendation from Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety Oversight on February 26, 2026
