Grants the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board authority to conduct investigations of LPG accidents or fires in Oklahoma, requiring the State Fire Marshal, county sheriff, and fire chief (or mayor) to notify the State LPG Administrator within 1 business day of learning about such incidents

Removes the "chief deputy administrator" position from the organizational structure of the State Liquefied Petroleum Gas Administrator's office, leaving deputy administrators and safety code enforcement officers

Adds a new "Class V - Food Truck Permit" to the list of LPG registration permit classes

Requires LPG administrators, deputy administrators, and safety code enforcement officers to be CLEET (Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training) certified before being granted peace officer powers for making arrests and serving process

Modifies container ownership and filling requirements so that permit holders must conspicuously mark containers they own, and containers owned by one permit holder can only be filled by another permit holder with the owner's authorization; effective date November 1, 2026
