Amends 47 O.S. 2021, Section 172 to grant Corporation Commission enforcement officers general criminal law enforcement authority with prior consent from the head of a state law enforcement agency, sheriff, or chief of police in whose jurisdiction the authority would be exercised

Removes the existing prohibition stating that enforcement officers "shall not have the power or right of search, nor shall they have the right of power of seizure" except as provided in motor carrier statutes

Corporation Commission enforcement officers remain designated as peace officers with authority to enforce motor carrier regulations (Sections 161-180m) and the Motor Carrier Act of 1995 statewide
