Authorizes the Director of Administration of the Corporation Commission to set salaries for court reporters employed by the Corporation Commission based on qualifications, experience, and additional duties, rather than following the standard $53,000 annual salary for district court reporters

Removes Corporation Commission court reporters from the statutory longevity pay system that provides $400 per year of service (up to $8,000 maximum for 20 years) to district court and Workers' Compensation Court reporters

Excludes Corporation Commission court reporters from the $3,000 annual equipment allowance provided to other official court reporters eligible for longevity payments

Maintains existing certification bonus structure ($2,000 each for RPR, RMR, RDR, and CRR certifications, up to $8,000 maximum) for certified shorthand reporters across all courts
