Food sellers licensed under Title 63 who violate the ban face enforcement measures and potential suspension or revocation of their license by the Oklahoma State Department of Health

Exempts federal, state, and local government entities, higher education institutions, and their formal research partners from the prohibition for purposes of conducting cultivated meat research
