Prohibits Oklahoma state, county, city, and municipal agencies from requiring pregnancy centers to offer abortions, distribute abortion-inducing drugs or contraception, make referrals for such services, or post materials promoting them

Protects pregnancy centers from being prohibited from providing pregnancy, childbirth, adoption, and parenting services, counseling, classes, and pre/post-natal resources (diapers, baby clothes, formula) based on their refusal to perform or refer for abortions

Protects pregnancy centers' staffing autonomy by barring government interference with hiring decisions, allowing centers to require employees to affirm the center's pro-life mission and operating procedures

Creates private civil cause of action for violations, with prevailing parties entitled to treble damages, minimum recovery of $10,000, plus attorney fees and costs
