Amends Oklahoma distiller license law to authorize licensed distillers to provide samples of spirits at public events including trade shows and festivals, in addition to existing authority to sell spirits at such events

Products sold or sampled at public events must first be sold to and shipped through an Oklahoma licensed wine and spirits wholesaler before being made available to the distiller for sale

Combined sales at public events and at distillery-controlled locations remain capped at 15,000 gallons per calendar year

Effective date is November 1, 2026
