Repeals six sections of Oklahoma law (59 O.S. 2021, Sections 396, 396.1, 396.1A, 396.1B, 396.1C, and 396.2a) that establish and govern the Oklahoma State Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors

Eliminates statutory provisions covering the Board's creation, oath of office requirements, removal procedures for Board members, and Board member expense reimbursements

Removes the powers and duties of the Executive Board Director and additional powers and duties granted to the Board

Effective date: November 1, 2026
