State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision must establish and maintain a comprehensive public database of medical malpractice lawsuits filed against licensed physicians in Oklahoma

Database must include physician name, nature of claim, lawsuit filing date, case disposition, any Board disciplinary actions, and links to court documents when available

Licensed physicians must report any malpractice lawsuit filed against them to the Board within 30 days of becoming aware of it

Board must implement an educational campaign to inform healthcare facilities, physicians, and the public about the database and how to use it for healthcare decisions

Effective date: July 1, 2027
