Prohibits employers from terminating, denying, reducing, or altering post-employment benefits for retirees whose retirement resulted wholly or partly from disability-related separation, when the benefit change is causally related to the disability or retirement circumstances

Applies to all employers covered by the Oklahoma Anti-Discrimination Act

Allows affected individuals to file claims through the Office of Civil Rights Enforcement or pursue civil action in court

Authorizes remedies including reinstatement of benefits, damages, and civil penalties up to $50,000 per violation

Effective date: November 1, 2026
