Adds "discharging a firearm at or into a dwelling or building used for public or business purposes" (Section 1289.17A) to Oklahoma's 85% rule crime list

Persons convicted of this offense must serve at least 85% of their prison sentence before becoming eligible for parole consideration

Convicted individuals are ineligible for earned credits or any other credits that would reduce their sentence below the 85% threshold

Effective date: November 1, 2026
