Amends the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System to define "mental health specialist" as a psychiatrist, psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, or Licensed Behavioral Practitioner licensed by their respective Oklahoma boards.

Permits psychologists to certify mental disability for police pension disability applications, expanding beyond the previous requirement of only physicians.

Requires continuing salary for members undergoing treatment while confined to a hospital bed or home and requiring medical care or professional nursing for up to 6 months before other disability provisions apply.

Effective date: November 1, 2026.
