Amends 25 O.S. 2021, Section 314 to grant the Attorney General authority to enter consent orders or issue findings of violation against public bodies, agencies, or officers for Open Meeting Act violations, as an alternative to criminal prosecution

Consent orders for first-time violations may require completion of Attorney General-approved training; subsequent violations may include civil penalties up to $150 per violation

Findings of violation may require cease and desist orders, compliance measures, mandatory training, and civil penalties up to $300 per violation

Attorney General may seek district court enforcement of consent orders or findings; courts may impose civil penalties, court costs, investigation costs, and require attorney fee payment for bad-faith violations

Effective date of January 1, 2027
