Violators prohibited from entering state contracts or being rehired as state employees for three years from the date of contract voiding, termination, or cancellation

Contracting prohibition for business organizations violating privatization contract rules increased from one year to three years, and expanded to include all state agencies and political subdivisions rather than just the affected agency
