Requires all Oklahoma hospitals and health care facilities to post domestic violence and human trafficking signage in inconspicuous, private areas restricted to patients and providers

Signage must instruct victims of domestic abuse, forced sexual acts, or human trafficking to notify facility staff immediately

Hospitals and health care facilities must develop protocols for reporting abuse and trafficking cases to law enforcement when requested by the victim prior to discharge

Protocols must include procedures to help victims leave the facility without interference from or notification to the alleged perpetrator

State Department of Health will promulgate rules governing signage placement, size, format, and specifications; effective date November 1, 2026
