Removes the statutory definitions of "sawed-off shotgun" and "sawed-off rifle" from Oklahoma law

Reduces the penalty for possessing a shotgun or rifle not meeting barrel length requirements from a Class D2 felony to a misdemeanor punishable by up to $1,000 fine and/or up to 1 year in county jail

Explicitly permits ownership and possession of any firearm or suppressor that is lawfully possessed under federal law and the National Firearms Act (26 U.S.C. §§ 5801-5872)

Updates definitions in the Oklahoma Firearms Act of 1971 to include references to the Oklahoma Self-Defense Act
