Standard film productions must have a minimum budget of $50,000 with at least $25,000 spent in Oklahoma to qualify for the rebate program

The rebate program offers 35% of documented Oklahoma expenditures, with an additional 2% available if production companies spend at least $20,000 on Oklahoma-created or Oklahoma-recorded music

The Oklahoma Film and Music Office will define what qualifies as a "faith-based film" for purposes of this exemption
