Amends Oklahoma's human trafficking statute (21 O.S. Section 748) to update language, changing "a person's access" to "access of a person" regarding controlled substance facilitation as a form of coercion

Human trafficking convictions carry a Class A2 felony with minimum 5 years to life imprisonment and fines up to $100,000

Trafficking involving victims under 18 years old increases minimum sentence to 15 years to life with fines up to $250,000

Convicted traffickers must serve 85% of their sentence before parole eligibility and courts must order victim restitution
