Amends Oklahoma Statutes Section 332.2 relating to Pardon and Parole Board procedures by updating terminology, changing "Chair" to lowercase "chair" and replacing "said" and "such" with "the"

Makes no substantive changes to existing pardon and parole procedures, notification requirements, or victim rights provisions

Retains all existing requirements including 10-20 business day notification periods for district attorneys, victims, and the Attorney General regarding clemency applications

Maintains the accelerated single-stage commutation docket process for applicants convicted of crimes reclassified from felonies to misdemeanors

Effective date: November 1, 2026
