Amends 57 O.S. 2021, Section 332.15 to update gendered language from "his or her" to "their" and modernize terminology throughout the Pardon and Parole Board conflict of interest statute

Prohibits Pardon and Parole Board members, their law firms, law partners, or associates from representing any inmate incarcerated in a state penal institution in a legal capacity

Board members who violate the prohibition on representing inmates shall forfeit their office

Requires Board members to disqualify themselves from voting on pardon or parole requests for inmates they previously represented before the inmate's prison term

Effective date: November 1, 2026
