Amends Oklahoma law to change biomarker testing coverage under Medicaid from mandatory ("shall") to discretionary ("may"), giving the state program flexibility to decide whether to cover such tests

Biomarker testing, when covered, would still apply to diagnosis, treatment, management, or monitoring of diseases when supported by FDA-approved indications, CMS coverage determinations, or nationally recognized clinical practice guidelines

Contracted Medicaid entities must still provide biomarker testing at the same scope, duration, and frequency as the state Medicaid program when coverage is provided

Prior authorization decisions for biomarker testing must be made within 72 hours for non-urgent requests and 24 hours for urgent requests
