Real property owners may sell, salvage, or remove an abandoned manufactured home and its contents after the home owner fails to make payment or contact for 90 days, when no other agreement exists between the parties

First written notice must be sent via certified mail within 30 days of non-payment to all recorded lienholders and the manufactured home owner's last-known address, including identifying information such as serial number, VIN, title number, and physical location

A second certified mail notice must be sent 30 days after the first notice if no payment or contact has been made, restating the intent to exercise removal rights

The real property owner may proceed with selling, salvaging, or removing the manufactured home and contents 30 days after mailing the second notice if still no payment or contact
