County purchasing agents may solicit quotes (rather than only "telephone" quotes) when a selected vendor is unable to perform, allowing flexibility in obtaining alternative pricing from qualified bidders

Removes the professional services exemption reference (Section 803 of Title 18) from county purchasing procedures, eliminating language that previously excluded certain professional services from standard procurement requirements

Removes reference to "information technology and telecommunication goods" from equipment disposal procedures requiring resolution approval for items originally costing more than $500

Repeals 19 O.S. 2021, Section 1801 relating to reverse auction bidding for county purchases
